Our refund and return policy last for 30 days from the delivery of your purchase. Interactive Inception doesn’t sell physical products through this website and all purchases are made for a digital service.
When you purchase a digital service, for example, an Accessibility Audit, you agree to the terms and conditions of that service. Refunds will only be issued where we, Interactive Inception, have not delivered on the promise we made.
If you have requested a service accidentally then you should contact us immediately and we will cancel your request. If work has commenced on your request, for example, producing a report, then you will only be refunded your original purchase amount minus a fee for time spent on your request.
